3. Eligibility

• You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are a server owner or admin, you are responsible for ensuring your members also comply with these Terms.

Refunds are not offered for any purchase once the transaction has been completed. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Apollar operates an automated delivery system that instantly grants access to purchased premium features or services upon successful payment. This eliminates the possibility of non-delivery, and no refund claims will be accepted based on undelivered services.

Refunds will only be considered if there is clear, documented evidence of fraudulent activity or a system error resulting in non-delivery. Please note that Apollar reviews each case, and refunds are generally not provided under any circumstances.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Discord and may link to third-party tools or websites. These third parties have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their services or content.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Discord or third-party integrations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollar will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other damages resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall Apollar be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• The deletion or loss of any User Content or data associated with the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent permitted by law to best reflect the original intent of the parties.
